For over 25 years I have been deeply involved in digital business development and marketing. In 2001, after a successful career in the hospitality industry, I launched Lodging Interactive which today has become a leading provider of digital marketing and social media engagement services to the travel industry.
Our family has always been in love with our dogs; Patches our Papillion and his little stepbrother Bentley who we adopted just a few years ago. Patches was part of our family for over 17 years and as a big brother, he welcomed Bentley into our family with open paws.
In 2020, amid the challenges of the COVID pandemic, it became clear to me that the veterinary healthcare industry was in need of substantial support in the areas of digital marketing and customer retention. I became convinced that the COVID pandemic had accelerated the way all consumers used mobile devices and that their customer engagement expectations had also been escalated. Thus, the Vet Marketing Agency (VMA) was born.
