We ARE NOT a start-up!  We ARE a privately held, remote-first company that has been operating since 2001.

We don’t just build modern veterinary websites, host them on high-speed servers, and manage and market them for our customers. We provide animal hospitals with ongoing support and services our clients need to dominate their local markets and win new customers. Our team manages the veterinary practice’s entire digital footprint, social media presence and customer reputation management.

We have enjoyed continued year-over-year business growth and are now looking to build up our sales team by adding a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to our team.

What You'll Do

• Research new prospects, build a pipeline of potential leads, and nurture relationships using website research, Salesforce, LinkedIn, and other platforms
• Become an expert on our brand and service offerings to the veterinary industry
• Reach out to prospective clients via outbound calls, emails, and social media
• Make 75+ outbound cold calls daily to veterinary clinics daily, navigate decision-makers, qualify leads, and seamlessly transition prospects to internal sales team
• Nurture relationships with potential customers with the intent of moving them into the sales funnel.
• Book 18-20 sales calls monthly for internal sales team
• Meet and exceed monthly targets
• Stay current on industry news and understand the digital marketing veterinary landscape
• No lanes; if you find a prospective client, reach out to them
• No territories - unlimited opportunities in North America
• Growth potential, SDRs have a clear growth plan with potential to become Account Executives.

As our Sales Development Representative, you will be changing our customers’ lives and the pet parents they serve.

What You Have

• Previous sales experience is essential in selling website design and digital marketing services
• Positivity and determination
• Ability to turn a "no" into a "yes" through consultative questioning and coping with rejection
• Excellent written and spoken English skills, any other languages are a plus
• Team player attitude, eager to be part of an ambitious team
• Ability to thrive in a quota driven environment with short sales cycles
• Experience in a new business generation role is an advantage
• Cold calling experience a MUST (average of 75+ outbound calls to prospects daily)
• Exceptional ability to organize work and tasks
• Establishing fast rapport with prospects
• Must be self-motivated and comfortable working to targets
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels
• Able to deliver results consistently.
• An updated laptop or desktop computer with high speed internet access. Telephone service will be provided in order to make your cold calls.
• As a contractor, you must have (or will need to set up) an LLC.
